Get Pf with UAN Online Process

This is for your Kind Information that, “As per Notification from Pf Department w.e.f December 1, 2015, Employees have to submit the New Form-19 UAN and Form 10 C UAN, Form-31 UAN For PF Withdrawal/ Partial Withdrawal”

·         Team are advised to instruct all employees to go for Transfer

·         Try to accept the forms from the employees who resigned Before January 2014,(who doesn’t have the UAN Number)

·         Pf office Instructed us to Fill UAN Mandatorily in Every application form(Withdrawal/ Partial Withdrawal), and that Must be activated, Without activated UAN they are not accepting the Form From us. Hence tell every employee to Fill the UAN Details.

·         If employee wants to Proceed only withdrawal process, Tell them to Go with New Process, and suggest them to Submit /Courier/Registered Post the same to Pf office Directly, as it not required Signature from Employer.

·         If employees Doesn’t have UAN number who resigned after January 2014, Collect Details from Them, We will create a UAN to them. After that they can proceed for Withdrawal.

For Using Form 19 UAN & 10C UAN Employee need to fulfil the following

Make sure that you have activated your UAN number,  login with your UAN portal è Profileè Upload KYCè check Aadhar, PANCARD, Bank Details(A/c No & IFSC) Updated, Else Upload from your self.

You need to submit the form (Form 19 UAN & 10C UAN)  Directly to Pf office either by courier/ Registered Post/ in Person to the address mentioned below. Along with

1.      Self Declaration letter stating that you are not working anywhere/Going to work anymore (otherwise go for Transfer)

2.      Pancard Photcopies ( Self Attested-1 No’s)

3.      Form-15 G(2sets) (IT Declaration form- Download from NET)

4.      Cancelled cheque leaf with name printed on it /Bank statement (1 No’s)
